Light: Bright indirect light is ideal, medium is good, and low can generally be tolerated.
Water: Allow the top inch or two of the soil to dry out between waterings, but do not overwater as aroid plants do not like to have their subterranean roots soaking wet, instead aim for evenly moist. During the winter months, the soil can be allowed to almost completely dry out.
Humidity: Medium to high, in our experience philodendrons love household levels.
Toxicity: Toxic to humans and pets if ingested. Calcium oxalates.
